The biggest difference between different types of camping carts is the structure and folding method of the frame. Usually, they are classified as accordion-style folding carts and quad-fold gather folding carts. The former is easier to fold and has a flat shape after folding, while the latter is more compact and takes up less space. You can choose according to your own preferences. For me, the integrated structure of the accordion-style folding model, which folds and unfolds in seconds, makes it quicker and more convenient to use.

of most folding carts is made of carbon steel frame and Oxford cloth, which is durable enough. If you want a cart that is rust-proof and/or lightweight, you can choose a cart with a stainless steel or aluminum alloy frame.
Many customers, especially online retailers, want weight capacity to be an important selling point, and they ask us to customize folding carts with a weight capacity of 150kg. While we did produce and test them.
But in practice, consider the items you will be carrying and whether you can pull that much weight. Generally, the weight capacity for accordion-style carts is 80kg, and 100kg for quad-fold carts. During our testing, we found that it was difficult for a woman to pull a cart with an 80kg load on rough terrain.
is also an important factor affecting the lifespan of the folding cart. If you use it frequently, opt for carts with solid, non-removable wide wheels. We also have carts with removable wheels, which are easier to clean and store. However, frequent disassembly can cause problems like loose buckles. For use on the beach, inflatable beach wheels are the best option.
, prices for folding carts on the market vary little due to the same materials used. However, some styles may cost more because of thicker steel pipes, customized accessories, and more assembly steps. Generally, accordion-style carts are cheaper than quad-fold folding carts because they use fewer plastic parts and have fewer assembly processes.
Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, brand-independent websites, Walmart, and other large commercial supermarkets are all good options. If you plan to do promotions or community gifts and need at least 50/100 carts, you can check out Alibaba or here,
